|Preparation:||Roll each steak in flower until coated, add salt and pepper. Cover the bottom of a large fry pan with your favorite cooking oil. Fry steaks on medium-high heat until nicely brown, turn and fry until juices are clear. It doesn't hurt to turn steaks again from time to time. This method will make your venison tender and mild. This recipe works well with any venison steak. * If your steaks are already cut thicker than 3/8" , just fillet them in half.
