Brandied venison tenderloin steaks

4 loin steaks 3/4\" thick
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brandy
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation: Melt butter over medium-high heat in large fry pan and quickly sear steaks. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 2-6 minutes on each side. Mix 2 tablespoons brandy and Worcestershire sauce and pour over steaks. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
