Hunters Pot Pie

2 lb. venison cut into 1\" cubes
1 diced onion
4 cans mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix
1 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheese
Preparation: Pressure cook venison until done. Drain and put in casserole dish. Add soup, gravy mix, and 2 cups of water. Mix well. Add vegetables, onion, and cheese. Mix well. In separate bowl, mix crust ingredients. Batter will be a little thicker than cake mix. Pour over pie mix. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
