Venison, rice and beans

Ingrediants: |
1 to 5 venison steaks half inch thick 3 or 4 onions sliced Teriyaki sauce Butter Rice 1 to 2 cans of red kidney beans Salt and pepper to taste |

Preparation: |
In skillet add teriyaki sauce enough to cover bottom about 1 cup. Add steaks then the onions. Cover and cook over medium heat turning steaks. When steaks and onions are done remove from pan and cover on plate. Carefully poor juices in measuring cup/ measure and return to skillet. Bring to a boil. Add the same amount of minute rice. Boil 1 to 2 minutes remove from heat cover for 5 minutes. Then add butter and fluff with fork. Heat kidney beans reduce heat and cover. Beans over rice with the onions on top and steaks on side. Mmmmmm good!
